To get the refund, just write “REFUND” in the feedback column of any session of your personality assessment.

Mind Jeeto adopted refund policy as a challenge on our shoulders. Anyone, who enrolled in our program has no reason to back out even with such refund policy. We are confident that our product is very useful and worth more than its price.

Refund policy-

You may have a refund of up to 100% after deduction collection and refund charges etc. Mind Jeeto pays 2.36% to collect your payment online. To refund, Mind Jeeto has to add the same amount for refund. Again, 2.36% is charged for online transfer. All financial transactions are handled by Razorpay for Mind Jeeto. Hence, a total 4.72% is spent in collection and refund of your amount. To round off, the refund cost is worked out 5%. Hence, Mind Jeeto offers full 100% after deducting the collection and refund charges, which works out 95% (round off) of your payment.

Refund is subject to the following terms and conditions-

(i) 95% of the amount paid if refund sought soon after the 1st session;

(ii) 85% of the amount paid if refund sought soon after the 2nd session;

(iii) 75% of the amount paid if refund sought soon after the 3rd session;

(iv) 65% of the amount paid if refund sought soon after the 4th session;

(v) 55% of the amount paid if refund sought soon after the 5th session;

(vi) 45% of the amount paid if refund sought soon after the 6th session

(vii) No refund- after the issue of the report

All refunds will be made by RazorPay Payment Gateway on our behalf in the same account by which you paid the amount.

Time Period of refund- 5 to 7 days of seeking refund

Just fill-up the online registration form and submit it with payment.

Thereafter, you will get the acknowledgement and your assessment will be scheduled.

Click on Invest Now or Get Started Button. You will land on the RazorPay payment page. Fill Up your details, then make the payment. All Debit cards, Credit cards, wallets, net banking, UPI are accepted as mentioned there.

• There is no pass or fail in these tests.
• Each question has two options.  
• Both are correct.
• You have to select the option honestly as per your mindset, habit and preferences.
• Do not select answers that you believe would be socially acceptable.
• Don’t try to present an “ideal” version of yourself.
• You may answer these questions under the supervision of your well-wisher but let your well-wishers not impact your response.

If you find your child as too young for the assessment procedure, you may sit with him/her while your child is responding to the items of the test. However, if your child chooses one option but you think he/she should choose another option, kindly do not make your child change the response. Always keep in mind that there is no right or wrong answer.

About 20 minutes to 30 minutes for one session. 

Six.  However, there will be a gap of a minimum of six to eight hours between the two sessions.

You shall be questioned online relating to your mind and behaviour habits, preferences and choices. 

You shall be provided two options for each question to choose. Both the options are correct. There is no pass or fail in these tests.

Therefore, you need to choose that option, which fits as per your habit, preference and mindset.

No. Once you register, Mind Jeeto will contact you. Online tests will be done as per your convenience and choice.

The report will be emailed at your email ID which you give during the payment.

It may take 48 to 72 hours to prepare and finalise the report.

It may take 2 to 3 days to prepare the report. Once all the six sessions and online tests are over,  a team of psychologists analyses all the questions, scores the responses and prepares the report.

Further, the report may run into 10 to 15 pages depending upon the individual.

Assessment as to your personality traits and behaviour is done based on your answers to numerous questions. Some candidates are honest with their answers while others just select answers they believe would be socially acceptable.

If you have answered the questions correctly and honestly as per your behaviour and personality, the report is correct nearly 100%.
